at this point, i’d like to highlight that in order to carry out the fraud, you must be very afraid of the irs. you must believe that your livelihood and maybe even your life is in danger. here, t. paine does not disappoint.
the problem is he never addressed the actual nature of the tax or what the law actually says. he moved directly to: you will be punished SEVERELY if you attempt to assert your rights.
here are a sampling of t’s comments so you can get the flavor:
are you terrified yet? remember, we haven’t heard anything about what the law says, he only makes references to write-ups that are mostly misleading propaganda, without any references to the actual law.
we’ve only been made to feel like it is too big a problem to solve and we should just shut our mouths and keep submitting to this enormous fraud.
RESISTANCE IS USELESS
well, i do not terrify easily. and if i want to know something, i keep at it until i have the answers. and i like to go deep into the details. it’s one of the benefits of autism.
here are some of my replies to the above:
here’s that photo i referenced above (Jacob Schiff’s son and Irwin Schiff’s son):
no resemblance whatsoever 😉
the schiffs are not on your side, they helped implement this particular scam and they continue to profit from it.
i think t. just can’t see the indirect tax forest for all the different types of income trees. and he’s hyper focused on the no doubt very real damage that these scammers have done. and if they have you afraid, they don’t really have to do much else to you.
but here’s what i think about the threats and scare tactics:
next up, i’ll provide you the details of my particular journey, which is just in the first few innings. i’m willing to put myself on the line and let you follow along. but, spoiler alert, the reason they have to use scare tactics is because they do not have the law on their side. if the law says what they want to you to think it does, they wouldn’t need all the bluster.
I like your style Ms French. You smashed it :). If the IRS was producing vaccinations T. Paine would be pushing them hard no matter how many people were dropping dead around him.
Nice. Now your homework is to read Tax Court TC Memo 2014-35. It’s a little long, but worth it.
