picking up from where we left off, my next reply will surely be a capitulation, they got me, right? uh-huh, sure.
here’s what i sent:
i hope you can see from our response how they have completely failed to provide any basis in fact or in law under which we can be fined. but they don’t let that stop them!
next i’ll share with you the follow-up the irs sent for 2019 after our response to letter 3176c. you’re really going to enjoy this.
[note: letter 3176c for 2019 was received after i had already replied to the one for 2020 and had received letter 3175c for 2020, so my response to letter 3176c for 2019 was a compilation of the replies for letter 3176c and letter 3175c for 2020 that you’ve already seen, including the signed affidavit. i did not received a letter 3175c for 2019. i did not receive either of these letters (yet) for 2021 or 2022.]
irs letter 105c:
you see what they did here? their response boils down to:
neener-neener, we have your money and you have to sue us to get it back 🤑
no response whatsoever to the specific points we raised. no due process. do you see? if they had me dead to rights they wouldn’t have to resort to this childish nonsense.
we did respond, of course:
[note: the letter above references three notices cp15 at $5000 a piece, but one of them was reversed per notice cp22a.]
no response for 2019 yet. so the next step would appear to be a lawsuit, not where we are the defendants, but where the government is. not what you expected coming into this is it?
we also filed foias to request our records so we’ll have everything we need before we file the lawsuit. i’ll keep you posted.
but again, ask yourself, is this what you expected? do you believe they have a case against me? as you can see we responded quite clearly to every point in code section 6702(a) but they couldn’t be bothered to be specific about what exactly they considered to be “frivolous.” because they can’t.
i hope you can also see that they are cowering from me, not the other way around. that is how you deal with bullies.
